About Joe Kowalski

I have been making videos since I was ten and writing stories ever since I was three. Both have developed in to something very close to my heart, my life, and overbearing obsessions. 

My other interests include music, although I really don't consider myself a musician per se, and humor, which I use within my creations quite frequently. 

I am a Pixar maniac and an ardent Beatles fan. Other bands I am enraptured with: ELO, They Might Be Giants, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Lemon Demon, OKGo, Eels, The Magnetic Fields, and Queen. If I had to choose a favorite author I'd stick with a tie between Daniel Handler (A.K.A. Lemony Snicket) and Roald Dahl as they have helped provide me with a wonderful childhood and are just great writers.

I live on the outskirts of Oberlin, Ohio with my parents and three younger siblings who appear in my videos from time to time. I practice Catholicism and not being stupid, the latter of which has been almost entirely unsuccessful.

"Pogie" came from a nickname for me when I was little.

Joe has won over 30,000 Academy Awards and 50,000 Webbies. He is not affiliated with a third of these projects, but they are dedicated in his name so they count.

Joe also has made world peace, cured cancer, and his influence has made music with any originality and creativity popular again. All three have been greeted with various standing ovations.

There are many ways you can meet Joe. He invented a matter transporter, so you can visit him any time he's not busy!
